SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping a collectible is one of the most important aspects of collecting and we understand that. All items are packed with bubble wrap and shipped in 200ct boxes. Items are packed under surveillance cameras to deter fraud.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost. All items ship USPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The nature of our business, this prohibits us from refunding any order that has already shipped. We receive all items beforehand and perform a multi-tiered inspection prior to posting it in the marketplace. All items are final sale and no refunds will be given for any reason (damaged during shipping policy below).
Cancellation requests are subject to a 5% fee that helps offset processing fees.
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the item and damaged box will be requested. Please hold onto the shipping box as it will be required to fulfill the insurance claim through USPS. Contact us immediately to start this process. If you receive the incorrect item, please email us at info@raresmarket.com with photos of the item, shipping label and box. All items are packaged under surveillance cameras and footage will be reviewed.
